PINS <> Procore 2 Way Integration

Introducing a new embedded Procore experience. Now, a side panel will appear throughout the Procore application with PINS Compliance Reporting. This is a newly implemented feature which will allow you and your Project Teams to more easily view and manage the compliance of your subcontractors within your Procore portal. 

The beauty of this integration is it allows your project teams to see real-time compliance statuses directly in Procore while giving your compliance team a more robust tool to effectively manage subcontractor risk.

At a high-level, the integration is going to pull over project, vendor, and commitment information from Procore and use that to create corresponding records in PINS.

Your compliance team will then use PINS to request and manage the compliance documents needed from that subcontractor and a simple, single compliance status will be pulled from PINS and pushed back into Procore. 

The best part is this integration is offered at no charge to you. In order to access this feature, your Procore Admin must update the PINS App in App Management.  Contact us
