What customers say about PINS
3 people to 1
PINS creates transparency, everyone is on the same page with compliance items. What used to take 3 people is now done by 1 person, which freed them up to take on other key initiatives like safety compliance and SDI programs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing and implementation FAQs
How much does COI tracking software cost?
PINS plans start around $300 per month, and most annual contracts come in at $7,500 or less. Your price depends on how many certificates of insurance your team actively tracks at one time. Every plan includes the full workflow, unlimited users, and onboarding support. Submit your COI volume and we will send pricing for your program.
How is PINS pricing structured?
PINS pricing is based on the number of active records your team tracks at any one time. An active record is a vendor, subcontractor, or tenant whose insurance you are monitoring, so your COI count is a good estimate. Smaller programs pay less, and pricing scales predictably as your program grows. There are no per-user fees.
What is included with PINS?
Every subscription includes the full COI tracking workflow: requirements built from your contracts, no-login certificate collection, AI-assisted review of certificates and endorsements, automated renewal and expiration follow-up, exception and waiver documentation, and audit-ready reporting. Implementation support and a dedicated contact are included. Users are unlimited. The Procore integration is included at no extra cost, and the Vista integration is available for an added fee. See every feature on our Features page.
How long does implementation take?
Most teams are live within a week. PINS builds your requirements and workflows from your existing contracts, and your team reviews and approves everything before requests go out to vendors. Full rollout, including bringing every vendor into the program and training your team, typically takes 60 to 90 days depending on scope. Your dedicated implementation contact stays with you after launch.
Do you offer month-to-month plans?
Yes. Month-to-month plans are available, so your team can start without a long-term commitment. Annual plans are available as well. We will walk through both options when we send your pricing.
Is PINS a better fit than managing COIs manually?
For most teams managing more than 100 COIs per year, yes. Manual tracking creates more internal work, less visibility, and more room for renewals and exceptions to slip. PINS gives teams a structured workflow that removes the repetitive work while keeping compliance decisions in-house. To estimate the hours your team would get back, try the Time Savings Calculator.
How does PINS compare to full-service alternatives?
Full-service COI management reduces internal lift but typically comes with less day-to-day visibility into follow-up, exceptions, and compliance decisions. When edge cases arise, they still get handed back to your team without the context that comes from managing the relationship directly. PINS keeps the workflow in-house with automation handling the repetitive work. For a deeper breakdown, read In-House vs Outsourced COI Tracking.
